Q: When does the Jumpstart begin?

A: The next round starts on December 15th. Once you sign up, we’ll send your welcome packet and Day 1 plan.

Q: How long are the workouts?

A: Most workouts are between 6–12 minutes and can be done at home with little or no equipment.

Q: What does it cost?

A: This Jumpstart is completely free. It’s our way of helping people get moving again and building momentum before the New Year.

Q: Do I need to be “in shape” first?

A: Not at all. This is built for real people with real schedules, at all starting points.
