About 3 Pillars Fitness

Get to know us

3 PIllars Fitness started in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic. Our goal back then was to provide online content and services to help ease the mental stress and stagnation that we felt most people were feeling due to the lock down procedures that were in place.

 

Once that eased up we found that people had gotten so used to having things brought to them, they may like having a personal trainer show up to their front door too. It turns out we were right. Since then we have made it our mission to help professionals and parents that have now shifted to a work from home lifestyle, make fitness a part of their routine.

 

Our goal is to help each and every person we meet adopt fitness as a way to not only get in physical shape, but find mental release from the stresses of everyday life.

HI! Thank you so much for visiting our website! Fitness has become such an integral part of my life that it has literally inspired me to do everything possible to help others realize just how capable they are of reaching their fitness goals.

I understand that most of us aren't looking to become athletes and that is more than okay! it's actually great. The overall goal of 3 PIllars fitness is to help each person we are blessed to meet become healthier, happier and more capable of enjoying their lives to the fullest.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2015. I Became a personal trainer once I finished my time in the United States Marine Corps. Maybe its the whole since of duty and purpose that has stuck with me. But I really enjoy and take pride in helping every one I meet find realistic ways to make healthy living a part of their every day lives.

My name is Natasha Vallette, and I am passionate about math and fitness. I have been teaching math for several years, sharing my knowledge and helping students understand and feel more confident about their mathematical abilities. In 2023, I decided to extend my passion for fitness and became a personal trainer.

 

I believe that through weight training, one can achieve incredible results, both physically and mentally.

 

My journey as a fitness enthusiast began in 2020 when I started weight training. It quickly became a part of my daily routine, and I experienced the transformative power it had on my body and mind. Despite having a full-time job and being a mother of two amazing kids, I have managed to make time for my own fitness goals.

 

I firmly believe that nothing is impossible with dedication and the right mindset. I have witnessed the positive impact that weight training has had on my own life, and I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences with others. Whether you're a beginner or looking for a new challenge, I am here to support and guide you towards achieving your own fitness goals. Let's embark on this exciting journey together!
