A simple 3-week commitment designed to help you build the habit of training without overwhelm.
Includes 3 consecutive Saturday sessions plus simple tools to help you stay consistent during the week.

• 3 coached Saturday strength sessions
• habit-focused structure (consistency > intensity)
• a 1-page “Between Sessions Movement Menu”
• 2–3 short 6–12 minute workouts for busy days
Option B: 3-Month Saturday Strength Membership — $249
For those ready to fully commit to building strength and consistency long-term.
Includes 12 Saturdays of coached strength training in a small-group setting.
