This option is for individuals who want to experience our Saturday Strength Training format without committing to a multi-week package. Each session includes: A coach-led strength workout focused on proper movement, form, and progressive loading A small-group training environment that emphasizes consistency, effort, and support Modifications and coaching cues to meet you where you’re at while still challenging you This is not a random drop-in workout. Our sessions are structured, intentional, and designed to help you build strength safely and sustainably. 👉 Best for: First-time attendees Those testing the format before committing Anyone looking for a structured, coached strength session 💡 Note: While drop-ins are welcome, the best results come from consistent attendance. If you’re looking for long-term progress, we recommend one of our multi-week training options.
